As a first time home buyer I was unclear on what I exactly was looking for and even more unclear on the process of purchasing a home. Natalie was very patient with me and showed me many homes in many different areas. She helped me though the whole process and gave great advice. I work a lot of and need to travel quite a bit and she worked around my schedule. I’m not a big talking on the phone person and she was willing to talk via text and email which worked out great. I finally found a great home and I had no problems with any of the process. She is very knowledgeable about Ann Arbor and the surrounding area and I would not hesitate to ask her to help with my next home.
